Regular orders: All orders are dispatched and delivered within 6-7 business days from the date of purchase. Prelaunch orders (starting Feb 15, 2025, to Feb 19, 2025): Orders will be dispatched and delivered within 6-7 business days from February 19, 2025. Domestic Shipping: Typically, all orders are dispatched and delivered within 6 – 7 business days from the date of purchase.
Personalized orders may require up to 6 – 7 business days for completion. Since each item is a unique creation, handcrafted by our expert artisans and tailored to your specifications, it may take slightly longer than usual. We are not liable for any delays resulting from unexpected hold-ups by courier services or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
